Justin & Lauren Linck were newly married when they joined LMH and were assigned to the Diocese of Mtwara in Tanzania. They served at Aquinas Secondary School, the only Catholic secondary school in the diocese. Justin taught math and initially Lauren taught religious studies but soon became the full-time librarian for the school.

IN OWN WORDS:

"Missionary work is something that will stay with you for your whole life. It shows you who you are and what you are made of. Some of my favorite and worst memories are of our time in Tanzania. I'll never forget the simple joy of Joan, one of our students, when we got new books for the library, because she had read all the others several times. Or eating chipsi maya and swimming in the Indian Ocean. Or going a month without running water and surviving. Mission work is a great adventure."
