Bishop Peter Paul Angkyier

Bishop Peter Paul Angkyier is the 2nd bishop of the Diocese of Damango. He is very happy to have LMH serving in his diocese.



Karen's work in the office

Karen Hunka serves as an accountant for the Diocesan Secretariat. Using her accounting skills to assist the finance team, Karen helps to ensure that the different ministies and services of the diocese are able to function at full capacity.
 

Diane in Classroom

Diane Yonga teaches nutrition and serves as the school secretary at St. Ann Girls Secondary School (SAGGIS). Diane is helping the students learn how to use their local foods to create nutritious meals. Her organizational and computer skills are helping the school run more efficiently.

 

Damongo Hospital 

West Gonja Hospital in Damongo. The hospital provides much needed medical care to a large population in the region. It has a 100-bed capaicty and provides services to over 40,000 patients each year.

Anfuega Hospital Children's Ward

Anfuega Hospital was established in 1959 as the first Catholic Hospital in the Diocese of Ho. It is an 80 bed hospital providing a variety of services.

Students at Have School

Have School is a combination primary/middle school that was established to better prepare students for Secondary School. It is a co-ed school that is both a boarding and day school. There are 230 students from Class 4 to Form 3.
 

Kpandu Hospital 

Margret Marquardt Hospital in Kpandu was established in 1960. The hospital has a 168 bed capacity and provides a variety of services.
